This policy explains how Branditude Limited (“Branditude”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit branditude.ng, contact us or sign up for updates. We handle personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

- Project enquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, website or social link (if you give one), the services you are interested in and your message.
- Brand Notes sign-ups. When you sign up in the website footer, we collect your email address.
- Direct contact. When you email, call or message us, we receive the details you choose to share.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss, plan and deliver your project.
- To send Brand Notes updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example for the length of a project relationship. We then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@branditude.ng. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website.

Our website links to other sites, such as our social media pages and Mutua. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
